All products purchased from Brittany Shop are covered under a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use and service.
This warranty covers:

This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

2. Warranty Period
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and varies by product type:
- Shower Faucet Combos: Up to 5 years limited warranty
- Roman Tub Faucets: Up to 5 years limited warranty
- Claw Foot Tub Faucets: Up to 5 years limited warranty

3. Proof of Purchase
To make a warranty claim, you must provide:
- A valid purchase receipt or order confirmation from Brittany Shop
- Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or issue
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of the issue.
- Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or photos.
If the claim is approved, we will:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with the same or equivalent model, or
- Issue a store credit or refund (at our discretion)
5. Warranty Limitations
- Warranties apply only to products purchased directly from Brittany Shop.
- Warranty service is available only within the United States unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs for returning the product to us may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be defective under warranty.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Our liability is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding defective products under this warranty. We are not responsible for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages arising from product use
- Labor costs for removal or installation of products
- Damages caused by incorrect plumbing connections or non-professional installation
